Speech & Language

All areas of learning are affected if there are speech and language problems, as it all about how we receive and sent out verbal information.

Children with speech and language difficulties can be mistaken as having attentional difficulties, disinterested or not listening. However, what is really happening is they are unable to process what they are being told and in some cases are actually hearing it as something else.

It is important to break information down and use visual cues wherever possible.

Our specialist tutors will tutor your child in a way that makes the learning material accessible to them. We can achieve this by focusing on your child’s specific speech and language needs.

Our teaching rooms and online classrooms are quiet and distraction-free. In our virtual classroom, your child will be wearing a headset that enables focused processing of sound and your child will constantly have visual images to support them.
